What to Include
- The device you are using, for example iPad Air 11-inch or iPhone 16
- Your iOS or iPadOS version
- A short description of what happened and what you expected
- The poem or screen where the issue appeared, if relevant
Common Requests
For reading-aloud issues, confirm microphone permission is enabled for By Heart in Settings.
For purchase or restore issues, include the approximate purchase date and whether you are using the same Apple ID.
For feedback or feature requests, describe the reading workflow you are trying to support.
