Terms of Service

By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. You should read and understand them carefully before using the Application.

You are not permitted to copy or modify the Application, any part of the Application, or the Service Provider's trademarks in any way. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or make derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application belong to the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is committed to making the Application as useful and efficient as possible. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider will clearly explain any charges for the Application or its services.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide to the Service Provider in order to provide the service. You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the Application secure. The Service Provider strongly recommends that you do not jailbreak or root your phone. These actions remove software restrictions and security limitations imposed by the official operating system and may expose your phone to malware, viruses, or harmful programs, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction or stop working.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. The third-party service providers used by the Application are:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• RevenueCat

Use and Limitation of Responsibility

The Service Provider is not responsible for certain matters. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot take responsibility if the Application does not work at full functionality because you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have used all of your data allowance.

If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Your mobile provider may charge you for data used while accessing the Application or for other third-party charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside your home territory or country without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, the Service Provider assumes that you have received permission from the bill payer.

The Service Provider also cannot always take responsibility for how you use the Application. For example, you are responsible for ensuring that your device stays charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the service, the Service Provider is not responsible.

Although the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, it relies on third parties to provide information so it can make that information available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the Application.

The Service Provider may update the Application at some point. The Application is currently available, but operating system requirements, and requirements for any additional systems the Service Provider may choose to support, may change. If you want to keep using the Application, you may need to download updates. The Service Provider does not promise to always update the Application so that it remains relevant to you or compatible with the specific operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates when they are offered. The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application and may terminate use at any time without notice. Unless the Service Provider tells you otherwise, upon termination:

• The rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end;
• You must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of updates by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.

These Terms of Service are effective as of April 20, 2026.
